WHAT IS MIND

CONFUSED MIND

        We often hear and keep saying this word that - "Confused mind", "CONFUSED MIND", Illusion, "Cleansing of mind", "Confused mind", "Freshness of mind", "Happy mind - Unhappy mind", " disturbed mind".



    What is this mind? And how and why does the mind become happy - sad or calm - disturbed?

    Have any of us seen the mind? no no?

 Then why do we keep thinking and understanding more about the mind? Why do we associate all our troubles and problems with our mind?

Only by considering all these can we know about the mind and thoughts.

    Mind is not a thing or thing that can be seen or touched. There is no mind; We make the mistake of relating our confused thoughts and confused feelings to the mind.

    The mind is never entangled, when we are entangled, our thoughts are there.

    If we make the thoughts positive and solve all the problems, then there will be no mind; Then our positive thoughts and feelings of our positive prosperity remain.

    Instability in thoughts and moving thoughts every moment brings instability in us and the mind is filled with restlessness and fear or anger, this is what we call moving mind. In this situation, we are not able to stay fixed on any one thought and change the thoughts again and again, it deviates us from our goal.

"The name of the unrest is the mind." There is no such thing as a disturbed mind in us.

    "There is a difference of opinion in the mind, the name of the disturbance in our mind is the mind. If the state of disturbance and confusion is removed, then the existence of the mind will cease to exist.

To be confused with thoughts is what we call the mind.

    "Just as in a storm there is disturbance all around; similarly when innumerable storms of thoughts run through our mind, we feel unrest and restlessness.

Just like after the storm has gone, we do not call it a calm storm or a calm storm, in the same way there is no such thing as a disturbed mind, it is only the thoughts of our disturbed mind, which if we try with positive thinking. We can calm down. "

1. Relationship of Thought and Mind:  
Body and the Soul are one thing

    If we force our disturbed thoughts to think in one direction by effort, then we will start thinking in one direction without any confusion.
When there is no disturbance, then the existence of the mind will disappear, then only the energy of the soul and mind will remain in our body. Mind is not a thing; This is just another name for chaos/chaos in our mind.

The body and the soul are one thing, but the disturbance in the relationship between the two is called the mind.

In peace only body and soul remain; Mind does not exist at all. When peace is attained, the mind ceases to exist. When there is peace, there is no mind; Only the body has the soul.

The existence of mind means differences in thoughts and fear or disorder in thoughts, the existence of mind can never be positive.

2. Ways to clear the mind:   
Meditation

    It is from our presence that confusion arises; Therefore, if we move away from the place of the cause of the entanglement or disturbance, then the entanglement or disturbance will automatically end.

Therefore to calm/remove the mind, one has to remove oneself from its cause, only then we can come beyond the mind.
If you try to fight with the mind / try to fight the disturbance, then the disturbance / confusion will increase. So separate yourself from the cause of the disturbance; Peace will come by itself and the mind will cease to exist. This is called peace of mind, which gives rise to positive thoughts.

By "Meditation" we can eliminate the existence of the mind, we can bring the body/mind out of the mind.

The meaning of meditation is to go out of the mind, to go away from the mind, to remain away from the mind, to get away from the entanglement of thoughts.
Through the method of meditation, we can get out of the conflict/confused/confused state of our thoughts.

  Meditation is not a method to calm the mind; It is a place of disturbance, a method to separate the body/soul from the causes; Due to which we get away from the causes of anger, hatred, fear and feel peace.

3. Mind Control Measures:  
Control the thoughts 

    1. When we are not able to control our thoughts (mind), then we are fighting with our own thoughts, feelings; We start doubting our own abilities.
In this situation, they feel themselves unable to sort out negative thoughts and adopt specific thoughts. This gives us restlessness, despair, anger, doubts.

    At such times, we should examine the thoughts with positive thinking and take any decision after thinking. Control the thoughts and try to change negative thoughts in positive direction with discretion, patience.

    If we give time to ourselves with determination and think positively on the negativity of thoughts, then gradually everything will become normal; Over time we will become more balanced and confident.

    2. The mind (negative thoughts) is fickle, only negative thoughts make the mind. Without thoughts the mind does not exist.

    If our thoughts are dynamic, we can never reach a specific conclusion; As a result, the pace of our development will stop.
Therefore, we have to tame the conflict of thoughts, fickleness, disturbances, disparities.

        3. Our thoughts are driven by our wants and needs. Many of these desires are such that if we waste time, then we will not be able to fulfil our real needs in the right time frame; Therefore, unnecessary desires and thoughts have to be curbed.

    We can suppress fruitless desires like being fond of sweets, addicted to gambling-alcohol, etc.

     Our distorted negative thoughts prevent us from knowing the reality, so at such times try to understand yourself, the situation. Pause for a while and work on negative thoughts and move on to positive thoughts, wishes.

    4. Can balance thoughts easily with meditation method; So include meditation in daily life.
