STRONG WILL POWER

    Will power, determination, self-discipline, self-control, etc. combined mean will power.

    Desire is born on the basis of our needs and our feelings. As we have our needs, we start thinking and our desires are awakened to fulfil our needs, which with the influence of our ability and environment, we try to do them accordingly.

    Our thought-like mind gives different suggestions to our feelings and desires in many ways, due to which we find ourselves unable to stick to any one desire and one thought.

This inability is known only by one's own efforts to stay firm on any one desire, due to which spiritual, inner power is possible; That is what we call will-power.

    

    It is not possible to remain firm on any one desire without determination; Our moving thoughts prevent us from sticking to a determination, which we can conquer only with determination and self-motivation.

    Self-discipline, self-control is the power on which we are able to face ourselves and external pressures and fears. Self-discipline, self-control inspires us to be restrained and disciplined towards work and we are able to avoid the ill-effects of anger, impulses; Due to this, we are able to concentrate on a goal with patience.

    Self-control controls habits, behaviour, anger, hatred, etc. and sets goals to follow the habits.

    Resisting temptations without motivation and self-control reduces the will-power, ability to tolerate and overcome future temptations and tendencies to act with impulsiveness.

The effects of lack of will power can be reduced only with positive thinking and positive mood-states, beliefs, attitudes.

Effortless control can be done by ourselves, as a result of which we can easily achieve any predetermined goal with awareness.

    To achieve a goal requires more will-power than hard work; This gives us self-strength to move forward towards the goal and overcome the obstacles in the way with courage.

    With determination, we can face difficulties, obstacles, temptations.

    It is not possible to stick to a strong will power without determination. If we try forcibly, then in the future we will lose our will power by becoming frustrated and frustrated.

Self-control

    Having a plan ahead of time enables us to make decisions without drawing on our will-power.

    To give up bad addiction or habits, to inculcate the habit of saving, to bring frugality in expenses, to control the taste, to make a habit of doing regular exercise etc. to achieve health, to avoid temptations etc.

    We automatically feel energized when we do our favourite things. At this time we work without pressure and also feel happy. 

This is an example that by doing a favourite work, the will power increases and we also feel a special attachment towards the work and we can do that work without getting tired.

5. Faith strengthens the will-power.

    Through faith and behaviour, we can remain self-controlled by increasing the will-power.

    Believing in oneself and one's abilities increases will power. Be happy, live in an atmosphere of happiness; This will strengthen your self-power and will power.
